RoofCalc.tools provides a main roof cost calculator and a Florida-specific roof cost estimator. The site is designed to help homeowners create a practical roof replacement cost planning range using address-based roof area where available, roof assumptions, roofing squares, material selection, waste factor, and related estimate inputs.

You are responsible for checking all inputs and results before using them for planning, budgeting, comparison, or field decisions. Final roofing decisions should be verified against actual roof measurements, roof layout, pitch and section conditions, material choice, local requirements, contractor assessment, and on-site inspection.

RoofCalc.tools does not provide construction, engineering, architectural, legal, insurance, code-compliance, safety, or professional roofing advice. The tools are informational planning aids and do not replace a qualified contractor, consultant, engineer, inspector, local authority, or manufacturer documentation.

6. Address, map, and roof data limitations

Address lookup, map placement, satellite roof data, imagery quality, roof area estimates, pitch estimates, and other data may be unavailable, incomplete, outdated, approximate, or incorrect. You should not rely on map or satellite-derived results as a substitute for field measurement or contractor verification.

7. Optional callback and inspection requests

Some estimator flows may allow you to request a callback, inspection follow-up, or referral review. Submitting a request does not guarantee appointment availability, contractor acceptance, final pricing, financing approval, emergency service, or any specific project outcome. Relevant details may be reviewed by RoofCalc.tools, Greenspark.Group LLC, affiliated roofing consultants, or contractor partners for follow-up.

8. Permitted use

You may use RoofCalc.tools for personal planning, budgeting, estimate comparison, homeowner research, ordinary project review, and non-commercial reference. You may save, print, copy, or share individual estimate results for ordinary project planning and review.

9. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the site at scale, remove branding or notices, republish the site as your own, use it to spam lead forms, submit false or abusive requests, or present RoofCalc.tools results as certified, final, contractor-approved, code-approved, or professionally verified outputs.

RoofCalc.tools, its branding, page layouts, written content, calculator presentation, user-interface patterns, reports, and site materials are owned or operated by Greenspark.Group LLC, except where third-party names, references, or marks belong to their respective owners. These terms do not grant permission to copy, clone, resell, or redistribute the site as a competing service.

11. Site availability and changes

RoofCalc.tools may be updated, changed, corrected, expanded, paused, or discontinued at any time. We may update calculator wording, formulas, assumptions, price ranges, page structure, lead forms, or site features as the project develops.
