Reporting calculator issues
What to include with a correction request
If you are reporting a calculator issue, include enough detail for the result to be checked against the same inputs.
- The page you used, such as Roof Cost Calculator or FL Cost Estimator
- The result shown and what you expected the calculator to show instead.
- Any roof condition that may affect the estimate, such as unusual pitch, complex layout, flat sections, access issues, or material choice.
